Food in our restaurants is prepared solely from Austrian and South-Bohemian raw materials with respect to the tradition of both cuisines.

Lamb, veal and beef comes from our own organic farm Mysletín u Ledenic. The fish come exclusively from streams and ponds around České Budějovice and Třeboň.

The almost forgotten side dishes of our grannies are included in the menu, such as millet, buckwheat and chickpea, with us certainly in organic quality.
