Our culinary team, led by Executive Chef, prepares high-quality traditional dishes using local beef, lamb and veal from our organic farm situated in the nearby village of Mysletín. Our South Bohemian cuisine, with its fine-dining concept, is sourced locally to bring you food of the highest quality.
Our sommelier Zdeněk Novotný’s wine rack has an exquisite choice of delicious Moravian and Austrian wines complimented with carefully selected representative samples from other important wine regions.
Our 40 seat restaurant is open from Monday to Friday 6.30pm – 11.30pm.
