The architects appreciated GRANDHOTEL Zvon and Mercury Centrum

ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE - the GRANDHOTEL Zvon and new Mercury Centre of traffic and shopping have been awarded major prizes in the architectural competition "Best of Realty 2007".

Zvon took the first place in the category of hotel projects due to its reconstruction that had respected the original architecture, which was supplemented with modern features for the purpose of maximum comfort for the guests.

The expert jury of the Best of Reality competition consists of the representatives from the Association for property market development, Architects' Association, banks, market research agencies, developers and real estate agents.

ISO QUALITY CERTIFICATE 9001:2000 FOR GRANDHOTEL ZVON IN ČESKÉ BUDĚJOVICE

GRANDHOTEL Zvon in České Budějovice successfully passed the Bureau Veritas Certification organization's audit, and received certificate ISO 9001:2000. Management of the hotel thus completed the process of introduction of modern quality management tools that took several months under the supervision of Citellus Company.

GRANDHOTEL Zvon at the same time finished major reconstruction of most of the rooms, conference halls and lobbies, and currently belongs to the top hotel facilities in Southern Bohemia.

The Quality management system certified by an prestigious multinational agency is another assurance for all customers that the hotel's management and high standard of the accommodation and gastronomic will be continuously improved.

Generation exchange in GRANDHOTEL Zvon

Petr Šalda, previously the assistant manager of the director Antonie Šaldová, became the director of the GRANDHOTEL Zvon on 1 April. Under the leadership of Antonie Šaldová the hotel became well-known as the best in the Southern Bohemia, and this reputation was confirmed by the first place in Best of Reality contest in Hotels category. Antonie Šaldová, holder of Hotelier of the year 2005 awarded by AHR ČR, will manage all the activities of the hotel proprietor – Hochstaffl corporation – on the territory of the Czech Republic. New director of the hotel Petr Šalda is also the chairman of South-Bohemian regional section of AHR ČR, and member of its Board.
